Meet Dr. Nagaanand Vankadara

Fueled by passion, innovation, and excellence, Dr. Anand founded The Dentists at Galway in 2020 as part of his mission to build a patient-centric dental clinic in the hub of St. John’s.
Dr. Anand has travelled the globe, obtaining credits, courses, and experiences, bringing the world’s best back to Newfoundland and Labrador.
Born and raised in India, Dr. Anand graduated from dental school in 2000 and completed his orthodontics specialization in 2005. Since then, he has worked as an assistant professor in orthodontics in Sudan, and owned and operated a specialty dental practice in India.
With an ever-burning passion to maximize potential and execute his dreams, Dr. Anand set his sights on Canada, and in 2013 this dream became a reality as he obtained his permanent residency and began practicing in Prince Edward Island.
As a lover of the East Coast, Dr. Anand eventually found himself in Clarenville, Newfoundland and Labrador, then Port Aux Basques, and now St. John’s. A place that he, his wife, and their two children, proudly call their forever home.
